The land buyer's user experience is usually limited to clicking through a collection of photos. They see still photos of trees on the ground, views in the distance, and maybe a couple of aerial shots, or short aerial video clips – and a plat. The image quality is often inconsistent.

But what happens when you compose all of these elements into a single video that tells a story?

Working with United Country Real Estate, we combined landscape and aerial photography and video with an AI-generated presenter and Google Earth video plat to give land buyers a new kind of experience, with custom copy written for the client based on our own tour of the land.

Narrated Video ads are available for realtors and land brokers who have a lot to explain about the properties they sell.

These ads require 2-3 hours of aerial and landscape photography and aerial videography take 2-3 days to produce. Delivery includes a 2-3 minutes video ad and a 30-60 second social media reel. Check out our Real Estate Services page for more info.
