Architecture, Construction, Renovation Media

Our core services in this area are used differently by architects, builders, renovators and property managers:
For architects, Matterport® Pro3 capture of any building and landscape, with point cloud generation and BIM delivery, with or without Revit modeling.
For builders and renovators, Matterport Pro2 or Pro3 capture of “as built” construction, producing 3D virtual tours and other documentation.
We can also host and archive your Matterport digital twins if you do not maintain a corporate Matterport account.

Because of our experience in commercial and residential construction - working with architects, civil engineers and builders – you’ll find we speak your language.
We will do homework on your project before we arrive on site, studying the existing structure and location, plats, plans and any helpful documentation you have.
After delivery, we’ll follow up to make sure you have all the technical support you need to post your listing and make adjustments as needed.

It depends on the use case.
Our raw Matterport point clouds are accurate to within 1/2”. That’s generally fine for developing building material estimates.
For architects who require higher accuracy, we use conforming hand measurements using a Leica Disto 5 measure to “true up” the point cloud to 1/16” accuracy. This, along with Revit modeling and BIM extraction, is a service we provide through partners.

We don’t do Revit modeling in house. We partner with Revit modelers in our Reality Capture Experts network, off- and on-shore.

Generally, no. We work with you plan shoot day so we can section off parts of the facility on a schedule. We can also conduct the shoot at off-peak or closing times.
We understand how to approach and speak with customers and ensure they feel treated with respect, so we can easily work with light human traffic by budgeting more time. -
It’s up to you. Having a wine server serving wine at the wine bar makes the entire scene more interesting.
If you want to include people in certain scenes, you’ll need their informed consent to use their images in advertising or marketing media.
Consult your legal advisor how best to do this. You may need to use a model consent form.
