Progressive Documentation for Builders and Renovators
We document progress in construction and renovation projects, so you can see before/after results at every stage of the project, shot from the same locations. We provide Mattertags in each tour to identify building features, and notes that can be used to instruct project team members and collect their updates.
Property Damage Mitigation with Speed and Accuracy
For renovators working with insurers on property damage mitigation, our Matterport® 3D tours allow you to capture and measure any room or surface for material estimation and space planning. We can provide before/after scans, complete with Mattertags (with industry-standard color coding), notes and embedded detail photos and documents – and TruPlan® .SKX files ready to import into your XActimate workflow and save you hours of sketching.

Provides an authoritative view of original roof condition for roofing, electrical and HVAC contractors and building property managers.

For pitched roofs, we provide wide angle and detail photography of roof areas, flashing, gutters and other fixtures, documenting roof condition, mechanical defects. Follow-on surveys can document before/after condition, providing a record of the project.
Priced between $200 and $300 for residential homes depending on complexity and features.
