The land buyer's user experience is usually limited to clicking through a collection of photos. They see still photos of trees on the ground, views in the distance, and maybe a couple of aerial shots, or short aerial video clips – and a plat. The image quality is often inconsistent.
But what happens when you compose all of these elements into a single video that tells a story?
Working with United Country Real Estate, we combined our low-cost still and aerial video packages with an AI-generated presenter and Google Earth video plat to give land buyers a new kind of experience, with custom copy written for the client based on our own tour of the land.
The project included a 2-minute trailer (above), a full video tour of the property below with the realtor's intro, and print collateral. Stills were available within a few hours, and the rest of the deliverables were completed in 3 days.
